I ordered this for my son who is about 5'9" 150lbs. After reading the reviews regarding sizing, I decided to order a Large. I see a lot of comments on the sizing, I wonder if people realize this is a SLIM FIT, which means it will fit tighter in general. A medium probably would have fit my son perfect, except he will always be wearing a hoodie or other thicker layer underneath the coat, so I sized up and it is exactly right. The buckles are a little cheap feeling, but other than that, I feel like the overall quality of the coat is nice and it goes right along with the price. Very happy with my purchase.

This was way better quality than I expected. It's a good middle ground jacket not super cheap and cheesy. Decently thick and good length. I'm about 5 foot 145 pounds women's size 8/medium and I got a size medium and it was perfect. It goes down to about mid calf, the sleeves are a little big but not too long and the shoulders a little broad (it's a men's jacket so I expected that) other than that the fit is perfect. Really a quality jacket that's not super expensive. Edit: Decently waterproof and warm! (And looks nice in pictures.)

Coat is great, though I do advise to go up a size. More-so fault of my own than manufacturer.

After wearing this coat almost every day for three years and having bought another one for a special occasion, I recently bought it again to replace my first one. It is wonderful if you need a coat for Spring and Fall weather, and it makes a good enough extra layer during Winter. Be warned that the coats aren't thoroughly standardized so the measures might be a bit off and you should probably buy a size up.

Cool trench coat! It fits well, although I should’ve ordered an L instead of an M, but the M is fine. The color is awesome, the style is great, and I’ve received tons of compliments! One thing I wish is that it was waterproof, then it’d be perfect.

I have never had so much issue ordering something online as with this product. I first ordered a Large which was too small. I then ordered an XL, again too small and barely noticed a difference. I then ordered the XXL and as soon as it arrived it came as an X-small and although the order description says XXL my size in the order when I click on it defaulted to an X-small and shows the XXL as not available. Seems like a bait and switch. I now have three coats to return. I'm very disappointed and the size charts don't help at all.

This coat has so much potential, but some small details really ruin it and I don't understand why. For example, the epaulettes (on the shoulders) - it would take the same amount of material and a button to do it properly, so why would the designers intentionally make them non-functional? The storm flap on the back is too small even on the XL, the long belt is too short, and the leather sleeve attachment things have terrible quality buckles (and the leather shouldn't be black for non-black trenchcoats, in my opinion). The double breasted button system would be better if there were buttons on the inside of the left flap, so you can secure the right side inside the coat, and the gun flap on the right chest area is laughably small (and lacks a button to secure it). It could have been such a great product, so why did the designers intentionally mess it up? I'm seriously disappointed here! The fabric quality is passable for warmer climates, the fit is alright if you order bigger than you normally might, but these small details render what could have been great terrible! I bought mine for about $40 but am seriously contemplating returning it because of these design defects, which is really a shame. It would take less than $5's worth of modifications on the factory's part to make it great and worth the money, but as it is I'm seriously considering shopping around antique/thrift stores where it's occasionally possible to find well kept vintage trench coats (like Burberry, one of the original trench coat manufacturers) around the $25-$30 price point. Seriously, WHY??? Have this brand's designers never seen a proper trench coat? The shoulder epaulettes are especially horrendous! Your factory would use the same amount of material to do it properly, but instead you created this unusable monstrosity (they don't lie flat like in the product photo, so it's immediately apparent that they dangle off the back side of the shoulder blades, and the button is sewn onto the top folded part of the strap (instead of the bottom strap..normally there would be a slit on the top half and that's how you'd secure the strap to the button. But no, they went and sewed the button onto the top half, without a slit. Seriously, what were you thinking???)

Let's be real here, nothing this cheap is gonna be great. I'm not really the type of person to spend cheaply on wardrobe items, however I wanted to try some out, starting with this and another trench coat. I will note that the other product was of far higher quality, but around the same price. This coat was pretty alright though. First and foremost, the belt could've been made better. That in and of itself would have heavily improved this product. The fabric was ok. Good for windy or rainy days i assume. The buttons are also ok, but rather large. The adjustments for the wrists are a joke, just throw those away immediately. The things on the shoulders look really silly, I'm thinking of removing them entirely. Now, after that, you may be wondering why I gave this product three stars and not one. Honestly, I like the construction and fit. I'm a slender guy, yet pretty built in the shoulders and chest. Almost everything I buy is too large around the waist, which is why I bought this product. I need a waist belt. But even without the belt, I could still wear this confidently. Unfortunately, It was a bit tight in the shoulders which is why it wasn't quite a four star product. But my advice is to buy something more upscale. Even if you're tight on cash, good clothes are always a good investment. If you don't have the money now, yes this is for you until you have enough but only until you have enough.
