I blend this protein powder in with goat milkand drink at night, I read it will help.with digestion and muscle recovery. So far the taste is amazing.....I feel like I'm drinking a shake. I have been making a protein "pudding" with this at night as a slow digesting protein supplement while I am cutting. One scoop of this protein with half of a chocolate core power protein shake is bussin! ~185 calories for 35 grams of protein. Throw in a couple raspberries, total game changer.

I have tried a half dozen different micellar casein products and this one is the best, in my opinion, because it has so few ingredients (meaning straightforward/no gums and additives and artificial things) AND it blends really well. Some micellar casein’s I’ve tried blend up and taste kind of chalky. Levels does not. I think I’ve settled on only buying this one now, since I have zero complaints about it. I try to eat clean, and this stuff is as clean as you can get for a protein powder. Not super sweet which I like. Chocolate is a good flavor, it even tastes clean compared to other brands. Would recommend!
