Seems like this product is made very well. I love the organizers it comes with, and the zippers and handle have been sturdy for me thus far. It's very maneuverable and doesn't make a ton of noise when being wheeled around. The zipper doesn't snag or kink either. The only thing that sucks is that it scratches easily, which is not that big of a deal to me but might be to others.

I've had cheap luggage, and I've had expensive luggage. The expensive stuff is better, but as an infrequent traveler, if a $50 cheapie lasts me 5 years, and a $600 lasts me 10 years, that's a pretty tough sell. I had no interest in buying a stupidly expensive piece of luggage, so I was trying to see if there was something in the middle. And there was. This one. Everything is a little bit better than what you find on the cheap stuff, but I could buy 5 of them for what my colleague spent on his. The wheels are a little better. You'll notice that it rolls a lot easier. The zipper is better. You'll notice when you're closing it. It's thought out a little better. The zippers have a TSA lock right on the top. The cubes are nice and orderly. I keep a set of toiletries in their cube all the time, so that's one less thing to pack for trips. For weight I gave it 4/5. It's lightweight, but so are many other ones, so it's not like it's a competitive advantage. I picked the color so that I can find it at bag claim if I check it.

I have had this bag now for almost two years. First off let me say this is the best carryon bag I have had in three decades of using carryons. The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong. I can tell you they really stepped up without any resistance or pushback just simply asking. Huge shout out to Level8 for that. They have become my bag of choice from here on out. Great Company, Great Product!!!!

Love this suitcase! I was looking for a replacement with good wheels and this got me through 5 weeks of plane, bus, boat, and cobblestones! Lightweight, sturdy handle, and the WHEELS are so so good. The zipper and lock gave me zero issues even when I had to sit on the case to shut it. Theres no zipper expander. I have the 20" (21"?) that is great for active travel. The blue shows scuffs and color transfer but I prefer something other than black so I can easily spot it.
