I absolutely LOVE this thing!! I have spent the past year setting up pretty large garden in my backyard, but wanted to grow food year round. I had lettuce and strawberries in pots in my kitchen, but I just could not keep them growing. I saw videos of hydroponic towers and decided to try it out. I got the 18 plant, indoor Farmstand, and it was super easy to set up. When it is watering it does sound like there is a broken water pipe somewhere, but you quickly get used to the sound. This tower is not massive, and fits perfectly in a corner in my kitchen. There were 18 seedlings included in this purchase, but it was a pre-currated mix. Turns out I was allergic to a few of the seedlings in the bundle, so I reached out to Lettuce Grow and explained this to them. They were super nice and allowed me to pick the seedlings, instead of having to get pre-currated mix. I have had the tower for a week and half now, and the growth is amazing! I can't wait to be able to start harvesting!

Poor customer service only through email and not helpful with my farmstand defective top layer light glow mechanism. For almost 6 months now Ive been trying to get the top layer glow lights from my indoor farmstand of 24 pods to turn on, to no avail. Contacted Lettuce Grow but no answer only thru email. For nearly 6 months they have me troubleshoot taking apart and put back together several times… note, im slightly handicapped with a walker, bad back and having to get on a step stool numerous times to perform troubleshoot steps… did not work. so my solution is to use without the top lights, purchase the nook , which have different light mechanism and keep growing. I asked for discount on nook system because of being a valued customer… did not accommodate… this company puts you thru hoops and result is the same… defective machine… think before you buy or it can happen to you… btw, my machine is 2-years old and countless seedlings purchased along with accessories… shame on comosny!!!

I LOVE this thing. 4 weeks in and the lettuce is huge and beautiful and delicious and it’s so fresh and perfect!!! We keep it up n my heated garage and I get to keep up my garden hobby during the cold snowy winters here and we can keep eating fresh produce year round.

I purchased the Farmstand Nook almost 3 weeks ago. Easy assembly. Then you wait almost a week for your "starts" to come. They came half dead. I also bought an additional smart timer I didn't need by mistake. I called the Lesttuce Grow customer service line to request a refund on the smart timer only to find out, accessories are non-refundable...??? This unit was $700 before taxes and they won't refund/credit me $25???...really???? Bad business. So turned off. I will always network to beware of their service. And by the way...nobody answers when you call. Only will answer in text message form.

I ordered my farmstand in March of 22 and I’ve had nothing but issues since. I’ve received 3 batches of seedlings from the lettuce grow app/website, and each time they arrived infested with gnats. They did send out more seeds, and yup you guessed it… also infested. I’ve also been forced to purchase ph balance from a third party because the ph package they send out is not strong enough (the water in my state is just hard). It got to the point where I would go out of my way to purchase water from the gallon dispensers. If all of that wasn’t bad enough this thing LEAKS. I was expecting a little leakage into the pan, but it got to the point where I was mopping water on several occasions. I did reach out to the company, but even they couldn’t pinpoint where the leaking was coming from. They sent me a new water pump and that didn’t fix the leaking. They offered to send me another tank and just the tank, but why take the chance not knowing where the problem is coming from? I wanted my money back. I did everything they asked with troubleshooting, sending videos and photos. I have emails upon emails and call logs. The tank is not easy or at least it wasn’t for me. I wasted a ton of money and I hope this is enough to get others not to purchase. The concept is great, but the actual product is faulty. I feel completely robbed.
