I used to always get expensive $100+ headsets/headphones but they'd end up breaking after a year if not less. So decided to go cheap this time and so far I do not regret it! The mic works just fine, nobody in my game lobbies has complaint they all say it sounds good. I like that you can mute yourself with the small remote attached to it. It has a way to mute the desktop with a push of a button and also has a volume dial to lower or raise the volume of games or desktop sound. The ear cushion is nice and comfortable, really like that you can bend the mic whichever way you like, its very flexible. My only complain is that the small controller attached to it for volume and such, is sooo bulky and big. It reminds me of those 90's headsets schools used to pass out to use. But honestly it isn't a deal breaker, for 12 dollars these are amazing, never again should i spend 100+ dollars on headsets. Also, my pc doesn't have a cd reader, so I didn't know what to do with that cd or what its for, but glad I didn't need it for my headset to work! :D

The media could not be loaded. I bought this headset for my girlfriend because she complained her other one broke. When she first slipped them on, she loved how comfy they felt. When I asked her how does she sound on the microphone she said she sounds clear as day, almost studio-perfect she just sounds quiet. The quickest easiest solution for this problem is to turn up your mic volume in your settings. Why am I still giving this four stars? Ever since I made this purchase, My girlfriend has been complaining about the LEDs on the ears, end of mic, and the button. If you’re really wondering if that centerpiece is a button on the controls, it’s not, it doesn’t do anything. I know this is the finished product, but if I were to design these things, I’d suggest an LED ON/OFF switch, or a software to fix it. My girlfriend can’t have her mic around her eye in peace because when she needs to use the microphone, it burns a patch in her vision because the LED is that annoying. UPDATE: Since this review was written, my girlfriend has been experiencing more problems with her headset. When conversing with her friends, her friends said she sounded like she was "talking from a tincan". When she checked, she was filled with laughter about how she could almost "hear herself twice". If you're going to use a call application that uses Noise Suppression, she'd suggest you turn that on to sound better, and solve your problem a little better. If you still want to solve the solution to the LED microphone, I'd suggest you buy a small microphone cover, and tie it with a rubber band if its a little too big.

I already had a gaming headset that worked well, but my daughter wanted mine so I did the dad thing and gave them to her so she could use them for school work and gaming. That left me needing a new pair. There weren't any reviews on this Sades headset so I thought I should write one. Pros: -Awesome sound quality. The sound is better than the previous headset (BeeExcellent) -Came with install CD -MIC works well -Pads make long wearing sessions easy - No pain or pressure points after using for a few days (4-5 hours each day) Long cord (Personal positive - I need a long cable) -Noise cancellation - It's not a good as Bose, but it's better than average. It muffles enough background noise for me. If you have the volume up above 16 on your computer, you aren't going to hear anyone or anything. Cons: -A little heavier - This hasn't been an issue for me but I could see kids not liking the weight. They aren't crazy heavy or anything like that, I just noticed it was a little heavier than my previous headset. -Only comes in 1 color that I found -The blue LED lights on the headset cannot be turned off (Yes I know this is very minor, but I thought it was worth mentioning) -The mic is clear and picks up my voice well, but it also picks up some of the ambient noise as well. My computer is next to my backyard window and when my dogs are outside barking, they can be heard. Overall, this has been a great headset so far and I would recommend to purchase if you are looking for sound quality. This headset is serving dual roles for me. I use it for gaming and music, but I also use it for work. I haven't had any problems using it with Cisco WebEx, Zoom or Ring Central. Have had zero complaints on mic issues as well. The buttons aren't hard to figure out either. Volume up and down, mute sound and mute mic. The light on the inline remote only lights up when the mic is muted.

The good news? I finally snagged myself a work from home job! The bad news? The headphones my company provided for me made my ears hurt for hours, even after I took them off! I had to find an alternative before my ears fell off. I've been using these headphones with my work computer for a couple weeks now, which means I've been wearing them about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and I'm super happy with them. They are light weight and I barely feel them. Best of all, I don't have sore ears anymore at the end of my shift. I love the inline volume adjuster and mic mute. Being able to adjust the volume to compensate when I'm speaking to those super loud or super quiet customers using that has made my job much more pleasant. I am somewhat hard of hearing, so having headphones that I can turn up really loud when I need to is awesome, and these do get LOUD. I've purchases Sades brand headsets for years for gaming, and I've always been pleased with the quality, but these are far and away the most comfortable set I've ever owned. I'm very tempted to order a back up pair.

the sound quality was great, the noise cancellation was good, but it squeezed my head like a kid squeezing a slime ball. good quality but just uncomfortable for long periods of time, making this not great for gaming. also made me look like i had cans of tuna on each side of my head. 6/10
