Used this silicone mold for the cookie cake letters. It was challenging at first to get the letters to come out without breaking but the trick was to make a tiny hole (not too big) in your piping bag and pipe the chocolate in the little letters and lightly tap the mold. I bought this to use with modeling chocolate to decorate my cakes. I'm a beginner so maybe I didn't do something right but every time I would let the chocolate harden, it would break apart when trying to remove it from the mold. Maybe if the silicon mold was a little thinner it wouldn't break apart so easily. Bummer because I love the font. This mold is okay if you can figure out how to remove the letters gently. ... show more
