Alright, I'm going to be honest with you - I bought this Amazon posture corrector expecting to transform into a superhero. Unfortunately, I still can't fly or lift cars with my pinky finger. However, it did help me sit up straight and avoid looking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. The corrector is comfortable to wear, and it's adjustable so it fits different body types. It's also discreet enough to wear under clothing, so you can maintain good posture without anyone knowing. I did have a bit of trouble putting it on at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Overall, if you're looking for a miracle cure to turn you into Superman, this probably isn't it. But if you want to improve your posture and prevent a lifetime of back pain, this Amazon posture corrector is a solid choice. So I bought this posture corrector almost a week ago and have been using it everyday since it arrived, ignoring the advice to use it initially for 20 minutes and gradually increasing the time. It was really helpful with my back pain. Due to bad posture and working seated for over 8 hours a day i tend to develop muscle knots close to my shoulder blades, although the product does not help to “untie” the knots, it helps a lot to prevent new ones and relieves the pain of those that are still there. 40 in chest trying to correct shoulder posture. Device only creates illusion of posture correction, at least for my size/weight. Measured shoulder distance from wall without device. Measured shoulder distance from wall with device. No difference, regardless of many, many adjustments. I find this so-called posture corrector worthless. If I tighten the straps, the only result is that it pulls the harness up towards my neck, rather than pulling my clavicles back. I end up looking like the hunchback of Notre Dame.

I’m a big guy.. it’s too small and too difficult to wear it. Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews. To my opinion its a piece of junk. Had to return.
