I initially saw that the item appeared to be of OEM quality But after 2 months I began to hear a rubbing/tapping noise and the rubber bearing had begun to separate from the center steel support. I tried to contact their customer support center and they were requiring more money in order to get a replacement.. I felt that was unfair and a deceitful practice.
