I gave it 4 stars however because there is no customer support, nor email, nor phone number, nor warranty in the event we need a replacement part or they break after 30 days. Ordered these for my Mom to replace older ones which weren't working so well. Easy to set up, just need to get used to how the buttons work since you have to toggle between regular hearing and noise cancelling. I'm not sure she could have done the set up on her own. Once ready she started using them right away, and now every day. Very comfortable and you don't notice them unless you look. Makes a big difference in her sociability, she's really pleased. This is an excellent product. The sounds are very clear with NO interferencce. The reason I gave the product a rating of four (4) is when you cough; be prepared for a very loud cough in your ears. I was not prepared for the sound. I highly recommend this product. The price is a good price.

I’m glad I decided to buy these hearing aids. They work absolutely wonderfully. It blocks out the unnecessary background noise quite well. They fit very comfortably in my ears. They come with a bunch of spare earbuds as well. I highly recommend these, especially for such a great price.
