While the quality is great, there is no support from the seller. They don't answer emails and there is no phone number available. They set a Bit Lock key and did not give us the reset code. When the laptop locked up due to a software issue, we were unable to reset it. To get it working again, we had to hire someone to reload everything again. This was both expensive and time-consuming. If you're an expert, this wouldn't concern you. But if you aren't, expect to pay big bucks to find someone able to fix it. This company needs either to be available by phone or respond to emails. I bought this for an Ubuntu Studio installation and have not been disappointed. The laptop itself appears to be unused, the power supply is correct, it was shipped in a timely manner and arrived five days ahead of scheduled delivery in nice packaging. Warning, as other reviews state, these products are horrible quality. The screen shuts off and flickers all the time, I am 10 days passed the warranty period and the seller offers no support. Please do not purchase from them.

The computer functions normally except for some of the keys needed multiple strokes before typing the character on the screen. We expected minor imperfections, but didn’t expect a device with a keyboard that hadn’t been cleaned. This was a great deal. The laptop was well wrapped but I would make one suggestions: Make sure the screen is clean next time - there was still some muck/dirt that I had to clean off. Also some gunk in the mouse trackpad - I know this is hard to get perfect but I gave it a few puffs of compressed air and it flew out. Apart from that - very happy. Thank you! ... show more

This is the second time ordering a laptop from them and the same issue occurred, there was an SSD error and it would not start past the Lenovo screen… this sucks because there are people out there that need these devices for potential work and are delayed two weeks between returns to get the package.     • Alright for the price
The laptop has great specs for the price, however the built in privacy screen absolutely destroys the viewing angles of the screen even when it’s turned off, making the IPS display pointless. Also came with an HP branded charger with a barrel jack to USB-C adapter which is an odd choice, would’ve much preferred a brand new charger for the extra 10 bucks it costs. ... show more
