This is my second Chromebook (I love my first one) and bought this for the touchscreen and flexible screen options. I am very familiar with how to set these up and they are usually very user friendly during set up. This one is crap. It will not recognize ANY of the 3 available networks in our home (or any other networks anywhere else for that matter) and because of this I can't even get past the set up phase. Have not been able to use this since purchase. All the tech support assumes you've already set up the chromebook and doesn't address this issue. Would not buy again! ... show more
