Before, my dogs had to jump every night to get to my bed and it was affecting their joints. So I purchased this for them. Hardly any assembly at all and easy to store and use. My dog does use these but the bottoms are slippery. We had to put a mat underneath so that it doesn’t move while he climbs up and down. Other than that, assembly and teaching the pup to use it was easy. Our dog is around 15 pounds so I’m not sure if it would work for a dog much bigger than that.
