I have tried a few of the other Lemme gummies and this is by far the best tasting one! Not only do they taste great but they are also super effective- clean and clear skin, noticeable hair growth and my nails are so much stronger! Will continue to purchase!!

I noticed that there was a glow to the skin on my face within a few weeks of using these gummies. They are really awesome and I think they taste good. I look forward to taking him every morning. I can’t recommend these enough. They actually work! I have looked at lower price, hair, skin, and nails vitamins trying to see if there is a dupe and I don’t see anything. I was so nervous that this product would be gimmicky, but it actually works. I have tried several other brands of biotin in the past, and I didn’t see any improvement with any of them. This gummy is very tasty with a light peach taste, and it’s easy to eat, I have seen improvement mostly in my finger and toenails with length and strength. These taste so good i make sure i don’t miss a day 😭. I noticed my nails have been growing really fast, not sure about my hair since it is curly and is hard to tell most of the time but i’m gonna stay consistent with these.

I take two a day and I definitely feel like my nails are stronger. I think it takes more than just this to create good skin however every proactive measure helps. They are soft, chewy and taste good - I'd eat more than two if that was recommended! I recommend these - I believe they work and it certainly can't hurt :) ... show more
