We ordered a total of four chairs. They were EXTREMELY easy to assemble and included the hardware needed. We were VERY impressed at how sturdy and how comfortable these chairs were. We did notice, however, that one of the chairs was damaged during shipping.. I contacted the company via Amazon with photos and the situation and was asked if we would accept a $55 credit rather than have a new chair sent. We declined as we just wanted the damaged chair replaced. No problem. They sent a replacement immediately and followed up via email to assure we were satisfied. This is the second set of barstools that I have gotten in this style and this brand is much worse. First picture shows how the "leather" is bubbled and does not follow the curve of chair. All 4 of the chairs have this problem and not all in the same area. Second picture, two of the four stools wobble. Third and forth picture, one of the four chairs had corner damage. The leather is shiny and cheap looking and does not look like will hold up. The original brand I got was EdgeMod, and those were much better. ... show more

These are very comfortable and good looking. My husband has had a bad back for many years but even he says they are comfortable to sit in. They were easy to assemble also. The leather is wrinkling a bit on the back of the stool after a couple of months, but I am still happy with them.

The media could not be loaded. Thea bars stools are AWESOME! Great value, sturdy , stylish and So comfortable. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great set of barstools and not trying to break the bank. They were fairly easy to put together . I recommend screwing the screws in the seat partially. (Do this until they are all in , THEN tighten them up ) I had trouble with the last seat because I tightened the screws individually… ( silly me) lol . Other than that .. I love everything about these chairs, but I only was able to put 1 out of the 4 I ordered together completely. There are 4 holes on the bottom of the seat that bold into the legs, but they are so misaligned that you can't get them to connect. I do love the one that is put together completely, but the other 3 feel flimsy. The quality control just isn't there. ... show more

Very comfortable to sit on. A bit tricky to assemble, but can be done by one person in less than 10 minutes per chair. Seller service is good. Receive d a wrong part, contacted seller and got replacement part very quick.

I love these seats. Once I figure out how to put the 1st one together, it was easy going. Only thing is I'm missing some of the shorter screws for one chair, ugh! So I'm going to have to look for replacement screws. Overall, good stools for the money, they are comfortable and exactly what I wanted.

These stools are comfy. Im just totally surprised how nice they are as well. I needed replacements for some aging stools i had. These are well worth what i spent. I have since ordered two more.
