I've made several batches of canna bagels, using cannabutter in place of oil/butter in various bagel recipes. These molds make it so much easier, and much better quality, than just baking them flat on a cookie sheet. Planning on getting 2 more sets so I can make bigger batches

If you live more than one state west of the Mississippi you don't have access to proper bagels, which are dipped in boiling water before baking, and tend to have big round holes, so that their texture is somewhere between a hard roll and a soft pretzel. Bakers out here just won't do it and you get stuck with these degenerate undersized squishy Kaiser rolls. Making them well yourself requires vast amounts of practice and attention and is always chancy. These little gadgets make it possible to dip the bagel in the boiling water, pop it onto a pan, bake it, and come out with a right-textured bagel every time. I liked the idea of this product and it is great for shaping the bagel and boiling them but didn’t care for how they turned out baking them. Now I just bake on a tray.

This thing made the world of difference in making my bagel. Before using this, my bagel used to get stuff to most pans. However, the first time I used this, my bagel came out perfectly and it was so easy to release. I'm in the process of getting another set.
