Good size, seller recommends up sizing but I got my regular size and it fit pretty well. It's sectioned and I have mixed emotions about it, it helps so it doesn't fill up, but for some exercises it's a bit uncomfortable. Good quality materials, overall looks and feels good.

The media could not be loaded. I love the comfort in this waist trainer! It doesn’t flip over and you can even latch in different sections of your stomach much is a plus ! I just had a baby and it’s works amazing with great back support and fits comfortably.
