I have a Leica distance laser tool, bought it 15 years ago, it's still working perfectly. The seller should say that this is refurbished, however they do not. What I received is in excellent condition, and the warranty registers on the Leica website, so it's legit, but definitely NOT NEW. Hence the lower than normal price tag. Caveat Emptor.

Made the mistake of taking the bag out of the box and throwing the packaging away. Went to use and found there are no batteries (which was no big deal) but then when I removed the laser from the bag it's clear from all the scuffing that this isn't a new item at all. Would return it if I hadn't thrown out the packaging... Not happy ... show more

I had a PLS laser that was essentially the same, cross line with square dots and plumb dots, unfortunately it was stolen. I did a lot of research into what lasers were available to replace it and ended up on this one. I already had a different Leica laser (model L4P1) that is great quality, and does some cool tricks. The quality of Lino L2 is great. Sharp lines that are bright, with super bright dots that can be seen in full direct sunlight. That design is well thought out, and the accessories that come with it, and the wall mount I bought separately are far better quality in terms of design, features, and durability than the PLS accessories.
