  • Much more creative control than expected!
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
Wasn't sure what LEGO's answer to Minecraft would be like. Would it be too childish to be fun? Too simple? Not have true flexibility in creativity? My son was equally skeptical. However once I started playing and got past the first tutorial world the options started unlocking rapidly, and my son decided to join in. There's true brick-by-brick level building features, including altering the world landscape. You can dig down and discover caverns with hidden treasure chests, spend hours searching out new pieces and models and plans, do mini-quests, build towers surprisingly high into the sky (and skydive down), and horse around with diverse destruction and creation tools. If you find a bulldozer you can actually use it to bulldoze, not just drive it around. Want to make your house out of lava? Paint it with lava paint! Find a fire-breathing friend and ride it around to destroy enemies and landscape. I particularly loved how it told you what classic LEGO set each model and figure was from as you discovered it. It's definitely a good addictive new game, and the low retail price is icing on the cake! ... show more

  • Tons of Fun!
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
So the comparisons to Minecraft will be made, but as someone who does not play either of these games online, Lego Worlds is a lot more fun! Don't like the area? Travel to a different world. No time wasted on searching for elements to create what you need or want, objects & vehicles of all sorts ready to go. Nothing sneaking up & blowing you & your creation to kingome come. All sorts of areas to explore & quests available instead of you standing around going what next? I will say it is a little more to take in than the other Lego games (Star Wars, Batman, Harry Potter, etc.), so it's a bit trickier for younger kids to pick up on but once they get the hang of it, they will enjoy it as well. I would have given it 5 stars, however, there are still some glitches & kinks that are sure to be worked out over time making this a very cool game for those who love Lego! ... show more

  • Great game to play with your kids or grand kids.

My Grand Daughter loves this game and we play it almost every Sunday when she comes over to visit. She is 4 years old and has no problems playing it.

  • Legos come to life and you control it this time
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
The media could not be loaded. Very addictive and fun. At first, it's all about quests and discovering items (people, animals, vehicles, props, building pieces, and more) which is where the addictive part comes in this game. After you have explored all of the worlds and found items, you can start building your own stuff. It's easier than real Legos because you can copy an entire building, wall, or structure. This video is a Lego version of my home - just one of the many things you can do with this game. ... show more

  • Amazing game for amazing minds
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
This is an amazing game Lego has bestowed upon us. I never real played Minecraft like most people so, I can't make the comparison between the two. However, this game seems very intuitive in the sense that we get to explore worlds, create new items and make our own worlds. The amount of detail that went into this game is astonishing. But what more could you expect from an amazing company such as lego? ... show more

  • We love the new features~!
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
WE~ My grandson and I love this game. So many new features in this Lego game! We both go back in forth on how awesome are the major upgrades on this game in comparison to the other Legos games he has. In this one you can save, cut, copy and paste as you go through different worlds and what you saved you can paste in any world along the way. So much to this game. Yass! I'm (we're) super happy!. ... show more

  • Fun, but no building vehicles.
Platform For Display: PlayStation 4
I am an adult man who still loves legos. I got this for my son so we could build together. The UI for building is NOT kid friendly (he's 10). It's a little complicated, but pretty versatile. It's fun. You can build pretty much any kind of structure you can imagine. EXCEPT for vehicles. At least ones that move. That was a massive let down. I mean who doesn't like building Lego space ships? It has vehicles in it, but you can't build your own. ... show more
