The mandalorian figures have not been disappointing so far. On a scale of one to ten on difficulty this is about a two in difficulty. It is a very easy set to build. It may take about 30 minutes to an hour to really build for a child. My nephew was able to build it in about 15 minutes. There are not too many pieces.What is nice about this lego set is that there are SEVERAL figurines. I love the different shock trooper figures. They are different colors and well detailed for small figurines. There is a simple speeder bike and a platform that you can stick up to three mandalorian figurines on. The Star Wars vehicle is very small to be honest but it is not as fragile as bigger vehicles. It also shoot small lego pieces so be careful when allowing children to play with this. The vehicle set is just a simple design and nothing special. To be honest, it is the Lego figures that are the best in this set. You get four different mandalorian shock troopers. Each one have their own weapons but they are the same guns for some. Building this is pretty much a three bag process. The vehicles have no movement piece. It is nice kit to have and will provide a good entertainment time to build. It can be easy to take apart, and build again. Overall I think this lego set is a good set to have and is very easy to build. The different figures are what draw me to this kit. They are extremely detailed and great to add to your mandalorian collection. The vehicle and platform are okay and very simple design. Lego products are always fun & reliable. But as a gift this isn’t ideal. The box is warped and dented. Looks as if it’s gotten wet and stepped on. It’s a gift so I hope the kid won’t care. But I do.

    • Lego pieces were ok but boxes were destroyed.
I ordered two of these to put into Easter baskets as gifts. One box couldn't be used at all. I took all the pieces out and put them in a bag. The other box could be "folded" back to a presentable form so I kept that one together. I've read a few other reviews which say the same thing. I don't know why they were so damaged as they were bubble wrapped and protected within the delivery box. Makes me think they were damaged prior to shipping and sent anyway. The lego figures were fine, no pieces were missing. But gift giving these boxes was not ideal. ... show more

Lego quality is spot on, and judging from the level of excitement when it was unwrapped, it is a favorite item for Lego fans, or Star Wars fans. I wish I did have a picture of that look.
