You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements. Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00:00 a.m. (PT) on October 16, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 30, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). How to Enter. To enter, you must follow the steps below during the Sweepstakes Period: Following the Amazon Video Games Twitter account and retweeting the specific Amazon Video Games Twitter post are collectively referred to as the “Entry.” You must have a public Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes. To open a Twitter account for free, go to Twitter and sign up for an account. Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately. Prize. (1) winner will receive (1) Lex Luther statue. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000.00. Winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor in order to claim the prize. Prize Drawing. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 31, 2018, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by direct message on Twitter within three (3) business days following the drawing, and the potential winner will be required to sign an Eligibility Statement and Release. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not return the requested, completed document(s) within 72 hours of our sending such document(s), or meet the eligibility criteria. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
