It's hard to find reasonably durable toys for my aggressive chewer. This is working well, though. And he LOVES it. I'm giving it 5 stars, although I wish the squeaker worked more consistently. Squeaker was a "do or die" for my 10 yr old new rescue (70 lb GSP). After a few minutes she had the squeaker in her mouth, so I took it from her. With the squeaker removed, it has held up very well (best of the $100 worth of aggressive chew toys I ordered). In the past 3 weeks she has enjoyed the ball immensely. She chews, but also bounces it around the floor. Cleans easily and small treats work well. For the aggressive chewer, there are few items that are truly indestructible, this appears to be one. Eleven month old Ollie The Golden Retriever (80+ pounds already!) really likes this toy! It's been a few days now and he hasn't destroyed it and it even still looks good. He loves throwing it around or batting it with his foot. It makes the strangest squawking noises when moved around- kinda like a chipmunk with a head cold or an emu with the toots! The sounds are intriguing to him and keeps his interest in playing with it in spite of having many toys to choose from. The opening is a bit too large for his kibble as it falls out too easily, but breaking up larger biscuits works well. My dog always removes the squeaker so just take it out so they do not swallow it Other then that its a great durable ball . I ordered another in case its discontinued . My dog destroys all toys but not this one so far , its been a few weeks and no damage.

My puppy was scared of this toy at first because of the noise it makes when it rolls but now she loves it! She picks it up and rolls it around, its good engagement. However it's farely easy to get out small treats and once they figure it out the game ends quickly. I suggest ripping larger treats like jerky for more engaged play. Just have to be careful its not too large as it gets stuck and its a very small hole so it doesnt work like a kong for them to get out. She doesnt not enjoy chewing it but might if I had never put treats in it and just used it like a toy. ... show more
