All these similar replacement parts may just be made in the same factory? This looks identical to a right stick I've gotten for repair. Quality looks good and I have zero qualms about installing these. I'm hoping that the fact that these are Hall Effect types that it will be never when I have to do this again. I have had both Hall Effect and TMR sticks and I've I it had good experiences so far so this is something I've been wanting to use as the replacement part. Tools are included. A couple of the tools seem nice and looks like I could keep them around. A couple feel like toys or single use. Value is alright. Competitively priced for what it is. Resistor type sticks have dropped a bit in pricing but Hall Effect and TMR are still new, I suppose, relative to what's been available for years if not decades.

It does the work for replacing! Does not fit properly! Screws does not align like the original! Also due to square base, analog has resistance in the corners

These replacement analog sticks are functionally useless. The original PlayStation Portal sticks have a round base, allowing the thumbstick cap to move freely in all directions. These replacements, however, have a square base, which causes the thumbstick cap to hit the edges whenever you try to move it diagonally—especially toward the southwest or northwest positions. This seriously limits movement and makes gameplay impossible. Do not buy.
