    • Way large in the waist if you're curvy

Love the color and length. The added stretch is nice, but they are WAY large in the waist, not made for curves, fit seems cut for men, rather than a woman's body. I may add add a little elastic on the back of the waistband.

I loove these shorts! I haven't worn shorts out in public in years-- always thinking I'll wait until I lose the extra weight, but that hasn't quite happened yet, and I'm tired of waiting to live! And, it's soo hot out this summer! So I searched around to find a great pair of shorts, and I'm quite happy with these! I've worn them almost daily since they arrived! 😄 Other reviews said to order a full size down, which I did, and I'm glad I did so! They fit perfect, and are so comfortable--no digging in at the waist or too tight thighs (I kinda despise tight Bermuda shorts!). The waist gets just a tad loose, but not so much that I'd need a belt. There's nothing fancy about these shorts, but I'm very thankful to have found them. :) I'm normally a curvy size 20, and the 18 in these are perfect for me. ... show more

They are huge! I was misled by reviews saying the fit is true to size. Not true. My hips are 50". Bought size 18W that was suggested to me and supposedly is a fit for 47-49". Being on a diet I wanted a "reward" for myself when loosing a bit more weight in a few weeks. But they are far to big for me already today - hanging arond my waist and loose around the hips...Living out of the US returning is not an option, so this was a disappointment. The shorts themselves are very nice. Good denim with a soft feel to it and a bit stretchy which is good for comfort. I would have loved wearing these. If the size had been true - I would have given 5 stars, but the size was far off, hence only 3 stars from me.... ... show more
