I bought these for my boyfriend who normally wears a 32, I listened to the reviews and sized up to a 36. They looked a little big when I took them out of the package. “Those aren’t going to fit me!” he says. What he doesn’t realize is he’s gained a little weight since he last bought shorts, 5 years ago. Needless to say they fit perfect, and I will be buying another pair. I took one star off because the belt that it comes with isn’t the best, we replaced it with one we already had. These shorts fit well, are very comfortable, and have pockets that are useful and well laid out. The 100% cotton is great for warm weather. The best thing, though, is the layout and design of the pockets. Start with the cellphone pocket - PERFECT! Phone slides in, is super easy to pull out (no unfastening) butit's almost impossible for the phone to fall out on its own. The front and back pockets are full size and can hold anything you'd put in your jean pockets. The large cargo pockets on the legs are big enough to be functional and also button shut, no velcro. I have other brands of shorts where the back pockets are cut back and literally too small to hold a wallet, and where the "cargo" pockets are shallow and only held shut with a little patch of velcro. I'm pretty active and want to be sure my stuff isn't isn't going to fall out somewhere along the way. For me, these shorts are the best. ... show more

Very nice shorts! the quality is good so I definitely dont have to worry about damaging them, and they are easy to clean. I’d probably recommend upsizing a bit since it is snug on me, but the length is pretty good. The color is nice also, not to bright. And its pretty light which im suprised on, zipper works great and its not prone to wrinkle. ... show more
