Piece of crap! The control dose not switch from red to blue to both as described in the manual. Within less then an hour the power cube heated up and lost all control. Had to unplug directly just to turn off.

Overall, this is a solid, fair-value grow light for the price. The four adjustable heads provide excellent coverage, and my plants have been responding very well to the full spectrum light. Once you get it in place, the light itself performs exactly as advertised. There are, however, two things to keep in mind: Setup: It was a little tricky to get everything positioned and clamped exactly where I wanted it. It takes a bit of patience to balance the arms. The Timer: This is the main drawback. The internal clock seems to lose time every single day. Over a week, I noticed the light was turning on significantly later than the original set time. If you need a precision schedule, you’ll likely find yourself resetting it every few days to keep it on track. ... show more

I’m giving a 3. The light makes things grow, however, there is no red or blue light like averted. It is very confusing on how to use the timer/switch because the directions are not very helpful. But my plants seem to thrive in the light and it is handy to clip it wherever and be able to adjust the light source easily. ... show more

    • Beware doesn’t last long.
BEWARE: This light just stopped working. Purchased December. Did Not get even 3 months of intermittent use. Very disappointed in the quality of the product. Of course the return window is closed but I should be able to get a replacement if the company cares about it’s customers.

The lights were nice for the one week they worked. I bought it a month and change ago but hadn’t used it because I hadn’t started my seeds yet. Finally needed to use the light as my seeds had sprouted and in just a weeks time the light has gone out. It’s a shame. I liked how you could maneuver the multiple leds heads. And the lights seemed sufficient when it did work. But now my seedlings are without a light source. ... show more
