This mirror is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations for my master bathroom! It is certainly a heavy package and came packaged very well to insure it was not damaged in transit. The backlighting provides great ambiance as well as nice additional lighting, while the front lighting does a great job of lighting up your face. Unfortunately, the lighting from the mirror is not enough to fully light up my master bathroom, so the current lighting will still need to be used. This is not a deal-breaker; just something to note. The touch buttons work very well and are easy to change light colors, brightness, and switch on/off the anti-fogging (which also works very well and quickly defogs the mirror after a hot shower). I received two different lengths of hanger bars (to use dependent upon a vertical or horizontal mounting). While they are made of metal, I could still wish them to be a bit more substantial considering the size and weight of the mirror. The packaging also includes plastic wall anchors and screws to mount the metal hanger bar. I was disappointed that the holes did not line up with any of my wall studs, as I did not wish to rely on the plastic wall anchors to hold all of the weight. So, I located the studs and drilled additional holes in the metal bar to ensure I was in a stud. As others have noted, the mirror comes with a 6' cord that does not have a plug on the end. This is so you can wire it into your current lighting. Since I wished to have the mirror on separately from the bathroom lighting, I opted to install a 3-prong plug onto the wire to use from an outlet. All in all, installation took about 30 minutes (to include taking down my old mirrors and wiping down the wall prior to installing this new mirror). I do suggest you have a second person help you when it comes time to lift the mirror up and hang it on the mounting bar, as the little tabs are tricky to locate while holding the weight of the mirror. My only other nitpick would be that the mounting methodology (or perhaps its the cord sticking out near the bottom of the mirror?) causes the bottom of the mirror to stand proud of the wall more so than at the top. (see provided pictures) Nonetheless, I would highly suggest this mirror to anyone!
