This bag is made of nice, good quality materials. The leather is buttery soft as if you've been carrying it for years. It is very spacious and the coffee color is rich and warm in tone. The bag is nicely organized on the inside, with pockets and sections. I really like the hidden pocket on the back. Perfect if you have a small phone. My phone will not fit inside this pocket, but it holds my lip balm nicely. There is a larger pocket on the inside for larger phones. This is how I would update the bag to make it slightly more efficient. I would add a long strap or two longer straps so that the bag can be carried on the shoulder if necessary. I took mine to a leather worker and he matches the leather and attached two slightly longer shoulder straps for when I need to be hands free. It wasn't a large charge and now this is my go to handbag. They might also consider adding feet to the bottom. I do not put my bags on the ground, but the feet would allow you to keep the bottom cleaner if you do need to put it on the ground. The straps and feet are the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5. However, I should say there is absolutely nothing wrong with the bag. I truly love and making a slight change just made it perfect for my lifestyle. I highly recommend.

As others have stated, this bag is not leather despite the description clearly stating "genuine leather". I immediately started the return process and received a label to put inside the package when shipping back. I have not received a shipping label and was told that "the seller will provide a shipping label within 5 days". Today a partial refund was received that is supposed to clear the bank within one week. I have never seen a return/refund handled like this which is concerning given this item was purchased through Amazon.

Ordered the size Medium in the dark brown shade. Shipping took 10 days, love that. The color of this bag is absolutely perfect. The size of this bag is perfect. While this is not leather, it's buttery soft. I was hoping the bag to arrive in a box to avoid damage. It arrived in just a bag, but exactly as pictured and no issues what so ever with the structure or quality knowing the material before purchasing. It does have a slight smell to it. Nothing a few days aired out wont fix ( I just put a few dryer sheets inside to help ) I absolutely can't wait to use this gorgeous bag!! I will be ordering the large size for a 'car catch all bag'. Im very pleased with my purchase and hope it holds up for many years.
