Challanged me a little to figure out how to assemble it but got it done once I understood. Material is fine for what its meant to be for but not exxtreemly sturdy. I had to put superglue on the handles of the pull up bar because it would role while i was gripping it and hanging on it. also I ankered it with 2 Sandbags and its a little mor sturdier now. For simple use I recommend it to you for Pullups, dips, and some ab workout. dont do anything crazy like muscle ups..not gonna go well! ... show more

As far as putting together gym equipment goes, this was an experience. Directions provided aren’t real helpful, ended up searching you tube for videos to help. You’ll need a set of Allan wrenches and open ended wrenches because the ones provided are very cheap and do not do a good job tightening bolts and such, as well as being painful on the hands. The “leather” on the arm rests and back pad is definitely NOT leather. I anticipate having to recover those in the near future. The back pad sits way back, so for a smaller person, you’ll need to do like I did and add padding to bring it forward. Be nice if it was reversible. As far as actual use, that’s hazardous unless you weigh down the feet and legs with a lot of sand bags. I’m a small gal and don’t weigh but a buck twenty, but one attempt at a dip or a pull up and it tips right over on you. The “suction cup” feet don’t suction anything. Sand bags solved that for me, but I’m not sure that would be enough for someone twice my size. As for the pulley ropes for resistance training, they are completely pointless. They have no resistance whatsoever. Very cheap and went straight in the trash. I probably would not buy this again and definitely would not recommend it for an average sized person. ... show more

My 8yr old son and 12yr old daughter was excited to get this for Christmas. After putting it together, it was a huge disappointment. The listing reads "The power tower is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame, which is super sturdy. Thanks to the four large non-slip vacuum foot pads, the pull up tower stands firmly during the training process. The dip station can hold up to 330lbs." The metal that is used is a very cheap alloy metal something similar to pot metal. This power tower is very unstable. And the suction cups is made out of a very hard plastic that doesn't have any suction at all. The resistant bands that are given is garbage. There is no way in the world that I'm gonna let my kids use the 2 bands that came with it. The carabiners clips that are given isn't even rated the hold any weight. So how do they expect those clips to hold to hold up with force, pulling against them with the cheap bands. I’m afraid that they will break and injure my kids. ... show more

This item is nothing like the picture. It's light and frail. The picture shows a solid, thick, frame. I didn't realize how thin it was until I assembled it. I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to take it apart again. This is something for a young kid to use. It wobles while using it. Definitely not for a tall person. I'm 5'8" 195lbs. This isn't good for someone 6ft 220lbs. If you only have a small space, It's good for that, but I do not recommend this item outside of that. ... show more
