    • Bilingual toys are difficult to come by.
My one year old son is quite entertained with these maracas, and they are not obnoxiously loud. I’m trying to teach my son English and Spanish, and it has been somewhat difficult to find bilingual toys. I love that you can change the settings from English to Spanish.

Our little guy loves these. We are on our second set. Unfortunately he threw up on the electronic one and while I tried to get it apart to clean and dry, with all the wiring it was impossible. Aside from an unexpected liquid vomiting they're very durable, he's dropped and thrown multiple times. He has been playing with these since 4mos. Originally he was more interested in the rattler maraca. The electric one stimulates visual and hearing with the lights and learning categories and he became more interested in it at 5 1/2mos. The rattler one has once again become fascinating as he is learning to make his own music sounds with growing coordination. We are at 11mos now and these are never far from hand. ... show more

My baby boy loves these! One of the maracas just rattles and the other lights up and sings, it has a couple of different languages also which is nice. He’s dropped them multiple times and they’re still in tact!

We have a bilingual home and it's easy finding English verbal toys for little ones but it's a challenge finding ones that are in Spanish. Only a few of us speak any Spanish at all, so any extra forms to get that language around the baby is great! Baby loves the rattle one most right now but also likes the lights on the other. Baby still has time to grow into mimicking words though. ... show more
