23 Ft Trail Sport Queen Bed Fits my camper well, Easy to install by 1 person if you know what you are doing. I usually install it on the camper on a breezy day makes install and removing a lot easier. This is my first year 2023 using this product. I live in upper Midwest.

Ok, where to begin. It is pretty thin, so please be careful. There are no instructions on how to properly install it, so that was annoying. There are straps on the inside that make no sense until you realize they are used to roll up and hold up the sides. The straps on the top are used to cinch up the sides. It doesn't come with downspout protectors, so I used cut up pool noodles to put on the downspouts to protect the spouts and the cover. At best I figure it will last 3 seasons. We'll see.

We purchased this item during the summer, but unfortunately, the material began to tear within just five months. Despite living in SoCal, where the weather is mild year-round, the cover simply fell apart, which we found to be unacceptable. When we contacted the company to request a return, we were disappointed by the poor customer service we received. Although they did offer to replace the item, we were concerned that we would encounter the same issue again in just a few months' time. The company's response was a partial refund, which we felt was inadequate given that we had paid $170 for the item. We received no apology or acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction with the product. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this cover or this business to others.
