Le Toy Van Dolls' House - Mulberry Manor
Color: White and Blue
I bought this for my daughter's 4th birthday. It arrived within two days and was extremely easy to put together. All the pieces slot into place so it is just as easy to dismantle, but is sturdy enough for children to play with. I am very impressed with the finish of the house. The sash windows open and shut, and stay shut with magnets. My daughter opens the roof herself and takes it off to make the front path. We bought 3 sets of furniture for the house (drawing room, kitchen and bedroom) and you really don't need any more, although we'll probably also get the children's bedroom. The accessories are wonderful with fantastic attention to detail, eg. the kitchen has milk bottles for the fridge and a slice of toast in the toaster; the chairs have tie-on cushions - and all made out of wood and fabric rather than plastic. The family is cute (although not currently available on Amazon; we bought it separately). They are primarily wood but are jointed so that can stand, sit, dance etc. The gift was a huge success and I expect she will be playing with it for many years.

cute
My 3-year-old granddaughter loves it and is very imaginative in playing with it. She likes the window shutters that open and the door that dolls can knock at and come in. She loves the stairs and being able to choose her own placement of the furniture. I got the tinderleaf dolls to go in it and they fit well. The colors are pretty not garish and it is designed well. It is easy to put together. She has not had it that long so I'm not sure how sturdy it is yet. I'm sure it could break if a child put too much weight on a hinged wall or something.

4yr old loves it
This is a really nice wooden doll house. We had bought a bigger one from toysrus I believe it was made by imaginarium but we ended up returning it. Even though it came fully furnished it was not a dollhouse persay, had cheap sticker back lining on the walls. Was open in the front. This Letoy Van dollhouse in comparison is beautiful. So easy to put together and it has such a nice finish to it. Very girlie, and I love the way the doors and windows shut. The only downfall is you need to buy furniture. But from my viewpoint I would rather get a pretty dollhouse that can be used by siblings (and perhaps passed down) and buy furniture than get something a little more tacky looking.

Beautiful playhouse, very difficult to get the doors just right when putting together!
Color: White and Blue
This playhouse is really good quality! Very pretty and just the right size for a 2-5 year old. I love how the doors close so the playhouse doesn’t have to stay near and orderly on the inside, just close the doors and it looks neat and tidy! Putting it together was slightly difficult. That’s the reason for 4 stars. You’d think with such a nice price tag it’d be made as easy as possible to put the pieces together. There were no pilot holes on the doors to place the hinge. We had to “guess” the first time and were wrong. Had to try again and again to get the door to close and open just right. Very frustrating!

Love!
Color: White and Blue
Bought this back in August for Christmas. My daughters love it and have playing with it non stop. Super easy to put together and holding up very well considering the constant play! It's absolutely adorable.

A total let down
Color: White and Blue
This review is reflective of what I expected for the cost. Compared to Pottery Barn, this loses across the board - including (most important) cost. Packaging was well done, and the design of the exterior is very nice (ie, it’s a beautiful toy house). But functionally, quite let down by the quality. The assembly was rather easy, but the puzzle-like assembly makes me question how long it will take to come apart (the flower boxes in the windows can easily be removed by a child - and those flower boxes hold the house together). Additionally, I question the strength and durability of the wood. If you’re comparing this vs a Pottery Barn house, go with Pottery Barn.

Love it!!
Color: White and Blue
We love this doll house! It was super easy to put together (since this mom put it together all by herself). My daughter has had it for over a year and still plays with it especially during play dates!! Well built!!

Cute house …
Color: White and Blue
Doll house is nice but covered and smells like glue . And the manufacturer sent completely different screws and no pre drilled holes. Very disappointing and got your child asking for the house to be built.
