These glasses are elegant and easy to hold. They fit nicely in the dishwasher too! One glass was shattered during delivery. I emailed the seller, Le’raze who promptly replied back and gave a choice of refund or replacement. They also stated that they will make sure their products are packaged more securely by Amazon. We purchased 2 boxes. Each box arrived with broken glass in the same corner. The 2 boxes were shipped in one larger Amazon box and broken glasses were in the same corner. The glasses were shattered not just cracked. Fortunately we only needed 22 for our event. This is the second year of purchasing these glasses and like them. Glasses are nice but arrived in shards. Eight were usable. Didn't seek replacements assuming they'd arrive in pieces, too.

One glass of the dozen was broken when we unpacked them. There was no glass shard in the box so I can only conclude that it was broken when it was put in the box. Not enough value to justify returning the dozen for a refund, which makes it even more annoying.
