  • Perfect strawberry perfume!
Scent: Fraise Fouettée
I was absolutely blown away by how spot on this fragrance was, usually with scents when they say something like "smells like strawberry milk" they're not actually talking about a 1:1 portrayal of that scent, there's always additional notes or things added in that I understand always serve a purpose but usually also have the effect of changing the scent profile from what was originally promised. That is definitely not the case with Fraise Fouette, it only smells like strawberry, sugar, and whipped cream. I was a bit leery of it and afraid that a fragrance with such a brief profile would have to be absolutely perfectly executed in order to be worthwhile, but my anxiety was unfounded because it is perfectly executed simplicity. Le Mond Gourmand proves you don't need ten billion notes jammed in a bottle to create a wonderful perfume. It is also exactly what I anticipated size wise for the money, I wasn't under the impression that $25 USD would be getting me a humongous bottle and I was right: it's an average 30ml bottle but it is still a good price for the amount of perfume. I also loved that the bottle is truly filled all the way to the very top where the metal is clamped around the opening to secure the atomizer. Some brands only fill it to about the top edge and the entire top is technically only filled with excess air, which feels like stinginess whenever brands do that so I appreciate a truly full bottle of fragrance. The projection of Fraise Fouette is also extremely good, I sprayed it roughly an hour ago now and I can still catch whiffs of it around myself just as I'm going about my day and others have commented on the sweet smell I have lingering around me. It has better projection than some of the more expensive perfumes in my collection, which is also a huge plus and proves brands can do well performing fragrances without charging ridiculous prices for it. I've also noticed the scent hasn't broken down with time either, with many perfumes as time goes on their notes will wear down to reveal additional layers like a similar strawberry perfume for example may open with a bright strawberry then after about a half hour you may only actually smell vanilla or sugar on yourself but none of the initial strawberry note. This perfume doesn't seem to do that, the simple formula retains all it's notes from the very first spray which I quite like and think is very unique given the current trend of having more complex fragrance profiles. It's also very wearable for every day, and today it's 86 degrees fahrenheit outside so I was able to test how the profile wears in high heat. I was nervous it would take on a more rancid quality, given how milk usually smells in heat, but I'm surprised that the outside temperatures don't seem to have any effect on the overall scent integrity. I am curious about how it performs in colder weather, but I'll have to wait several months to find out. Overall, this is an incredibly worthwhile purchase if you're searching for that perfectly sweet milky strawberry scent! ... show more

  • A must have
Scent: Santal Supreme
Definitely recommend, for anyone looking for that clean, head turning, mesmerizing, captivating scent. This is the one, its woody, slightly sweet and a lingering musk base. It's definitely lasting, I wore it for 8 hours and I could still smell it.

  • Lovely smell, so/so packaging and longevity
Scent: Pistachio Brûlée
I ordered this back in March and am now repurchasing at the end of Sept. I love this perfume as a stand-alone or layered with a coffee and whiskey cologne I have! Pros: It’s very sweet, but not in a fake, gross way that vanilla-y smells can be sometimes. It lasts for several hours, but isn’t overpowering and doesn’t trigger headaches for me. Affordable. Cons: Bottle doesn’t last as long as I would hope, around 6mo - used abt 3 spritzes most days. The spray nozzle occasionally comes off when I uncap the bottle, but it pops right back on so not the end of the world. ... show more

  • Clean fresh scent, very feminine
Scent: 000
super fresh & clean, *slightly* sweet, smell. I’ve been asked multiple times what I’m wearing and have received more compliments on this scent than any other I’ve ever worn. Also, bc of the price point, I feel comfortable using it daily. Definitely recommend

  • Smells really good, but more artificial vanilla
Scent: Pistachio Brûlée
This smells just like vanilla bean noal from bath and body works. I expected a bit more of an earthy/nutty scent since there is another option for vanilla, but this one is basically straight vanilla. It smells good, but I'm giving it 3 stars because its more of an artificial vanilla scent rather than a rich natural vanilla. Think of it like "vanilla cupcake" scented lip glosses and such. I will definitely be trying other scents, but I don't think I'll be repurchasing the pistachio brulee again. ... show more

  • Gourmand and floral
Scent: Pistachio Brûlée
Very beautiful scent and bottle. Bottle is small but you don’t need a lot a few sprays will do in my opinion and can layer with other gourmand scents.

  • 10/10 fav scent!
Scent: Fraise Fouettée
I absolutely fell in LOVE with this! It literally smells like a pink starburst it’s delicious, sweet, and leaves you smelly like candy. The only downside i guess you could say about every scent in this brand is that it doesn’t last long throughout the day and you do have to respray to get that scent again. But i love it anyways :) ... show more

  • Strawberries & Cream
Scent: Fraise Fouettée
I am enjoying this perfume. I’ve gone through more than half the bottle now and receive compliments on it. I will say the initial application smells slightly off, but it does immediately morph into a strawberries and cream scent. It has the staying power of a body spray, with the same longevity. But for the price I feel it’s worth it. Beware though, as the spray nozzle is becoming messy/failing the more I use it. ... show more
