I had high hopes for the perfume I purchased from Watchsavings as a seasoned perfume enthusiast. However, I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The perfume (Miss Dior) was immediately apparent to be defective. The scent was far from fresh and invigorating, but rather oily and old. I was disappointed with the fragrance. It was far from the vibrant and captivating aromas I've come to expect from quality scents. What truly compounded my frustration was the lack of resolution from Watchsavings' customer service. I contacted the company with my concerns but was met with a generic response that did not address the core problem of subpar product quality. My disappointment with the entire experience was exacerbated by this lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I regret my experience with Watchsavings perfume.
