So far I’ve baked enchiladas, lasagna and chicken in this casserole, they all came out great and the dish cleaned up easily. The cover is an added bonus and the Caribbean color is gorgeous! Love this baker and look forward to baking cakes and making many more delicious dinners in it!

This was a replacement order my original fell from the dish drainer and broke so word to the wise they will definitely break if they fall! I love this dish I have made some amazing dishes in it from red rice and sausage a Gullah favorite, breakfast casserole, baked chicken it’s the perfect size for a family meal and the clean up is not bad as well ... show more

I made scallop potatoes and ham in the dish. I cook the recipe uncovered 1 hr. & then covered for 30 min I really like it because I don't have to cover the dish with foil, I can use the cover. The recipe also says not to grease the dish, so I'm left with a mess . All I had to do was put dish soap & warm water in it & place the dish on the countertop for 20 min. (not suppose to completely soak the dish in water) & everything came clean with not a lot of scrubbing. Love it!! ... show more
