The color is lovely and nothing seems to stick to the interior. This is the perfect size for me and I've used it for everything from seared salmon, to poached figs, to chicken curry. So far, no chips and what a range of uses. Very versitile. I collect this. I love it. I own many Le Creuset cast iron. This is not for everyone. It's made in France and it's been around 100 years old cast iron company of France. One thing I like about this, it has lifetime warranty. It does not chip and better than any other leading brand out there. It's not stick easy peacey cleaning. I love that I can have such pretty color red cerise and orange 🍊 flame. You can find support group in Facebook Le Creuset and friends over 3k members smaller group better and the other group is Le Creuset Lovers with 177k members if you like to check them out. I'll buy Le Creuset and pay the price cause it's worth and collectible items for life too. This brand is not your flea market type of other kind. I prefer this over Staub it's prettier and more design. You can visit their LC site too. Www.LeCreuset.com if they're sold out there I immediately jump here and get it here.
