We are quite pleased with this set. It arrived in a bunch of large (including one huge) heavy boxes, and assembly is tedious and time-consuming. You will wonder how you got yourself into this project, but the final product is worth it (IMO). The directions are pretty Spartan, but on closer inspection are useful and accurate. The bolts and washers are nicely labeled. The bolts line up well with the bolt holes. The ratchet/wrench supplied works well (without it you would really be having a bad day). The plastic wicker is of high quality and well wrapped around all parts. The set is very attractive and looks like more expensive furniture. Be aware that the frames are steel and will certainly rust (probably quickly) if left outside in the rain or in very high humidity conditions. [I will be using this set in a screened in porch and am hoping for the best. Aluminum framed furniture is quite a lot more expensive.] The furniture is sturdy. The cushions are a little on the thin side but comfortable. The chairs glide and swivel nicely. That is not to say that this furniture is on a par with the high end products available at exclusive furniture stores, but I'm very satisfied with the quality and appearance of this patio set. This is a great product for the price.

It's a very attractive, seemingly sturdy (we just started using it), comfortable patio set. It arrived in 3 separate boxes (labeled BOX A, D and E - go figure) and it was EXPERTLY packaged to avoid shipping damage from China. There was zero damage, not even a nick, to any piece. Assembly took me about 6-8 straight hours of work for one man to assemble. The assembly instructions are slightly obscure but accurate if you really study the subtlety of the pictures. They included extra bolts so don't second guess you assembly when you're finished and have extra parts left over!

Chair & ottoman sets are comfortable and seem like decent craftsmanship for the price! I love the recline/swivel feature. The assembly wasn’t too bad. Chairs seem sturdy enough for someone well over 250lbs. Only giving 4 stars because I definitely think there could be some improvement in the toggle to secure the ottoman cushions - 1 month of use and 1 has already ripped out of the seam. I also wish the covers were waterproof, but they’re not.

We just set this up over the weekend due to cold weather. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. Very comfortable to sit on. I sprayed the cushions with Scotchguard outside protectant to keep dirt and grim off the cushions. I bought the brown wicker and cream cushions. My husband had no trouble putting these together. We love them. By the way the company has a fast response time if you need to ask them any questions. Your order will be shipped in several boxes over a few days so don't be alarmed if you don't get them all at once. Excellent company and beautiful furniture!!!!! UPDATE: We are really enjoying our patio furniture BUT there are no instructions on how to keep the cushions for the ottomans from sliding around. Hopefully LayinSun will see this and help me out.

We are fairly happy with product. Cushions are not super comfortable, may be thicker than some but not as dense. Main issue is they are shipping on multiple shipments and no communication. We have had three shipments and are still missing the two foot stools. Assembly is pretty straight forward. Just takes time.

I did my research when buying this furniture. Lowe's and Wayfair carry the same set. They were relatively the same price as this seller but the both had shipping fees. This seller offered a coupon discount as well as free prime shipping. It was delivered to my porch over two days, in five boxes. My daughter and I put it all together in about 2 hours. The ratcheting Allen wrenches they provided were so helpful. The package was missing screws for the small side table. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent the screws the next day. I was very pleased with their customer service. I saw some reviews complaining about the screws and holes not lining up. We didn't have that problem at all. I think it's a matter of following the steps in the instructions to avoid creating the wrong tension. The fabric on the cushions is really nice too. I like this much better than the solid blue colors I've found on other sets. The fire table is great. The glass guard is helpful. We have alot of wind in our yard and this keeps the flame from going out. My teenage daughters are able to turn it on and off safely. Overall I don't have a complaint at all about this set. We're very happy with it. Great product, seller and price. Highly recommend.
