Surprisingly well made product. After just a few minutes use i could already feel some tension where my posture was being forced to adjust. Please be sure to follow the guidance provided to ensure your form is proper. The adjustable arms in all four directions make this a much easier product to use amongst family members of different heights and the foam padding on each end helps with comfort. As you can see from the close in images you need to align the final piece just right or it will not set properly. This product was so great. Easy to put together. Put on my back and immediately heard a crack. Unfortunately, the crack was the poorly made bar breaking after applying absolute minimal pressure to stretch my back. 10/10 would not ever buy again or any products from this company.
