This is the weed barrier to buy! Having two massive rolls of super thick barrier would cost at least double, if not more, at a local store. The quality is really heavyweight but also easily maneuverable. It cuts easy and does not fray too badly. The ground stakes are also really hearty and fasten everything in place securely.

The fabric is thicker than rolls at local stores. It has grid lines on it which helps to cut straight sections. Comes with pins to secure it to the ground which is a bonus. Fast shipping. Great product. Very satisfied.

It is easy to put on. I did all this by myself. The package included instruction which is helpful if you need to cut it to size. The pins came with the package but it is not enough for my plan. I still have to buy more pins separately. So I did not pin most coners down yet. I put it a day before the rain came down heavily. The next day i notice that it shrinks. I cut it to the lenght and now it is shorter than it was. I dont know if I can straight it back. I will re check once no more rain and re arrange to pin them down permanently. I dont know if it will prevent weeds but it drains pretty good. I have extra to put the second layer if I need it.

bought this weed barrier expecting it to stop weeds completely, but unfortunately it did not perform as advertised. Even though the material feels thick and durable, weeds are still growing through and on top of the fabric after installation. The main issue is that new weeds start growing from seeds that land on top of the barrier, especially once mulch or dirt builds up. Some stronger weeds have even managed to push through the fabric itself. So while the product may slow down weed growth, it definitely does not prevent it. Installation was straightforward, and the material seems sturdy at first, but over time it doesn’t hold up as a long-term weed solution. You still need regular maintenance like pulling weeds or adding more mulch. Overall, this product might work as a temporary layer, but don’t expect it to be a complete weed-blocking solution. I was disappointed because I expected better performance from a heavy-duty barrier.
