The mattress does not fully expand and then if you see their ridiculous refund or return policy, you would be pissed off too. I’m righteously mad right now. I expect Amazon to make this right when you buy a 10 inch mattress. You don’t expect it to be 8 1/2 inches on one corner 7 1/2 on the other this is BS.

Both sides are FIRM. Can’t tell a difference between the two sides. The company should label the mattress properly since the difference is not evident. I gave away a hybrid mattress because I wanted a softer mattress. What a mistake! Very disappointed that neither side is soft and there is no evident difference.
