i rolled the dice and gave this a try and i’m happy i did! i have black brown natural hair, most eyebrow products i try are either too light on the brown side or too dark on the black side but the Laura Geller sculpt n stay in soft black is PERFECT! The gel won’t give you laminate type results but it works well with the pencil and does give you hold. if you get sprayed in the face or caught in a light rain you should be fine but it won’t hold up to swimming in a body of water. i caught it on sale for $11 so it was worth it, not sure i’ll pay full price at over $20 for it tho, i’ll have to see how long it lasts using it every day.

I do like this brow liner. It took a me a couple days to get used to the way its angled. I love that I don’t have to sharpen anything. I will buy this brow liner again. I must say the dark brown color isn’t quite dark brown. Looks more on the side of a dark brown black. But I do like it. My hair is a dark brown and it matches well.

I have used the goofproof brow pencil for years — I’m a mom of two looking to cut costs on my make up, but not quality and gave this pencil a shot. I love it! It is creamy and not dry, goes on smoothly and is highly pigmented. It does not run and it is not cakey. I will be purchasing this brow pencil again!

I purchased this Laura Geller Sculpt and Stay Waterproof Brow Pencil and Gel in Taupe a few months ago and promptly forgot about it after putting it in my closet. That was until I ordered IT Cosmetics Brow Power in Universal Taupe on a sale price from another retailer. The Brow Power was a dismal failure, clumping and crumbling, and not a good color for this salt and pepper old lady. Out came the LG product this morning; and what a wonderful surprize! It went on smoothly and the gel is clear, so no weird color on top of the brow color. The color is perfect for my complexion and hair color, so I just ordered again on Subscribe & Save. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's worth it if I'm happy and not throwing it away, as I just did with the BP
