I apply this blush with the Laura Geller brush pictured. After applying to my face, I can tell the area where it is applied by a sheer sheen that looks like a highlight with a twinge of color. I apply this as directed- up and out This look is SUBTLE and I put on a few applications. I am pale and have red hair. Wish i had gone all in and bought the kit for light mineral tone..This stuff goes on beautifully. I do use a primer and am so impressed. I purchased because of the Roseacea Society recommendation.
