Because of all of the guarantees that this renewed item is in perfect working condition, I purchased it. I have been looking for months and this seems like a good option. The item was received promptly, and it’s physical appearance is excellent. But when attempting to set up the MacBook Pro, it will only type in all caps! It seems like one of the shift keys is stuck. I tried compressed air, but no luck. Very disappointing as I needed this computer for an important work project. Bought mine in May as I wanted to upgrade my DJ computer. Did my research on the gear and software I use so went with this laptop. Had to downgrade from the OS the computer came with so I call service line and was walked through the steps to download the OS I needed. No issues, runs flawless. I can see it came looking new can’t even tell it is used/referbished. BTW- battery life is awesome ... show more

    • Great Macbook Pro at a Nice Price
I needed to replace my 2014 Macbook Pro - which I had also bought renewed. This laptop is, allegedly 2.5 years old, but is in mint condition, or so it looks. Battery life is fine. I'm very happy with my purchase and may never buy a new Macbook, etc., ever.
