I needed a light-weight shrug to cover a camisole during the summer, that would dress it up a little, but not be too hot. These are perfect. No care tag, stiff sleeve cuffs

The fabric seems pretty good quality, but care tag is missing so no washing instructions or fabric content shown. There were a couple of other things I did not especially like, namely the cuffed sleeve which had a stiff cuff, and the high low hem which I should have noticed because I am wearing with a dress and it looks silly. To add insult, Amazon lowered the price less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Considering I ordered to wear tomorrow, I will just have to alter it myself to remove the cuff and change the hemline. Would have appreciated knowing that the fabric content (poly/rayon/spandex) in the description was correct.
