    • Need full light reflector for best lightput.
Will work with a full light reflector style light better., will not work well with 2019 Era F150's, due to the tail light is 1/2 open on the out side. So therefore you loose 1/2 the light capabilities. Did NOT work for my application, but if you have a full reflector for the blub to reflect against, should work well. ... show more

I purchased these items to complete a total conversion (internal/external) to LED from 20th Century Incandescent & Halogen lighting. Although the plastic body housing isn't OEM thickness/quality, a few months into the conversion, all is still well after placing small strips of electrical tape to the areas where the bulbs need OEM friction to protect bulbs from vibrations/bumps of daily driving causing some LED bulbs to loosen/rotate/fall out. The non-patterned clear external lens coupled with both upper & lower non-patterned Red "inner lens(s)" allows LEDs to project unobstructed & further, per the molded light diffusion design(s) of the internal reflective housing surface. I would have preferred the inner "Turn" lens to to be OEM Amber... Will return for longevity updates as still within 1st year if allowed. UPDATE: 2/13/20 1 of 2 Run/Brake LED bulbs intermittently stopped working after 1 month less than 1 year. Older vehicles don't have DRLs, so one has to drive with park lights activated for similar safety purpose which by default activates the rear Run/Brake light. Keeping an eye on the other bulb now that the next pair has arrived...stay tuned See application details: 1) Isolated Upper Run/Brake Signal ("Red" LASFIT LEDs installed behind "Red" inner lens to utilize the entire Red spectrum...max intensity!). 2) Isolated Middle Turn Signal (Special Note: "Green" LEDs <NOT LASFIT>installed behind "Red" inner lens to create OEM Amber/Yellow effect in lieu of commonly used Red lens for everything..."Run/Brake & Turn). 3) Backup Lower Lighting (no inner lens obstructing "White" LASFIT LEDs). *Full Disclosure: I will apply Wipe New to all enclosed clear outer housings to hopefully offset inevitable yellowing of clear lens over time due to prolonged UV exposure. *NOTE: A replacement relay was installed/needed to control "fast-flicker-syndrome" widely experienced in LED applications for older vehicles. ... show more
