I've used this a couple times since getting this and I was skeptical on how it was going to be without the ability to read reviews on it. This wagon is as compact as they get all folded up is easy enough to lift in and out of my SUV. The cover is durable and handy as it covers the top without blocking the lift handle and has a pocket for the bottom insert to be neatly folded and together. The wagon itself is a bit weird to open but once it is its large and holds quite a bit is easy to pull with a comfortable handle. My 3 kids can climb in and out on their own as well as sit in it all together with no issues and there is no fear of them falling out with the taller sides. This wagon pulls easily thru grass with those 3 kids inside and hauls the baseball gear with ease. The wheels are a very hard plastic with a hard rubber tread. The bracket that hold the wheel is metal not plastic which helps with durability. Everything on the wagon comes off and seems easily washed. I would definitely be open to purchasing another in the future if the need ever arised. ... show more

There is a little assembly required before using this wagon. It really was easy. Great planning in that to insure you put the right wheel unit at the right location the shafts were different at each end. I do like how the wagon folds in when not in use. The piece that wraps around it to hold everything together becomes the floor. I used it helping move my daughter's family. Most of what was carried in it was in boxes. I am a little apprehensive about putting too much in it, especially smaller items. I think the wagon will ultimately prove me wrong but these collapsible wagons are becoming more common and we just need to learn how to make them work for us. I was on the fence about the wheels, but they did work well for what I have done with the wagon. The build seems pretty good. The material used seems very sturdy and is well finished. The metal frames, including the collapsing parts are sturdy. The handle, for me, works well. When folded up, I have used the upright handle as a kind of tiller to help move the unit around. The parking brakes are handy to keep the wagon in place and are fairly easy to set and release. I was a little skeptical of the wheels, but they have worked well so far. When my neighbor moved out years ago, he left me his little garden wagon. I found it handy for bringing supplies from the garage out into the yard. It was made of metal and had inflatable wheels that ultimately deflated and wouldn't hold air anymore. That wagon was also kind of a pain to store in the garage, because it took up quite a bit of room. I saw this collapsible wagon and hoped this would be a suitable replacement. I love it more than the other wagon! It arrived folded up. I put the four wheels in and they fell out a couple of times before I discovered the spring button on the side of the tube. There are no instructions included, but I figured it out after that. Once all four wheels were secured, I took off the outer covering and opened up the wagon. It opens and closes like an umbrella. After it was opened, I unfolded the outer covering and placed it in the bottom of the wagon to add some sturdiness - I guess you can use it with or without that piece, but it looked like it helped square out the inside of the wagon. The handle has a button to extend it. There are hook-and-loop strips on the long sides of the wagon, a mesh panel on one of the short sides, and a zipper pocket on one of the short sides inside. The wheels are SMOOTH rolling. When I was finished using it, I pulled the loop in the middle of the wagon and it collapsed back to its original size. I put the handle back down, then used the outer covering to secure everything back into place. I am storing it in the garage with its wheels on, but they are also easily removed if you are putting this wagon in your car to use for groceries or other items. ... show more

This collapsible wagon is easy to use and totes around some good-sized loads. There are four pockets, the sides are adjustable, and it is the right size for most of my needs. Assembly was literally a snap: open the box, take out three wheels and dig the fourth from inside the folded wagon, then push them into place until they snap in. The wagon comes wrapped in its bottom support, so remove it to start unfolding for use, then push down the center to expand the wagon and drop in the unfolded support board. The trickiest part of folding is the handle: one red button at the top and a black push lever on the top side of the bottom pivot. When I’m planning on reusing the wagon in a short time, I usually just collapse it and stuff the support board inside the folded fabric. There are two drink pockets in front, a full-width mesh pocket in back, and a zippered pocket inside the front of the liner. There were two extra liner screw-caps inside the zippered pocket. Both the liner and wheels appear replaceable: I found no parts on Amazon. The wear surface on the wheels is only ¼” thick and I wonder how long they will last with the four-mile shopping trips I make in nice weather. I loaded the wagon with an old very-heavy computer server, a folding table, and more junk from my basement. It pulled fairly easily, although backing it on carpet required a hands-on approach as the handle is for tugging only, not steering. Steps can be a problem: I lifted the front and then pulled up the back wheels, but that only works if there are just a few bags of groceries. No surprise. I like how it collapses and has spots for drinks. This should work well to help go door-to-door to help my daughter to sell Girlscout Cookies. Note, this doesn't look like it would be comfortable for a child to sit in. I also wouldn't use this for pumpkin picking since it doesn't appear to be for off-roading. ... show more
