Overall, I really like the bag. I was worried my 16in laptop would not fit, but once you move the zipper out of the way - it slides snuggly in. The size is adequate because I also carry a purse. Once I put all the accessories and other electronics in it, it wasn't big enough to not have a second bag for personal stuff. Love the pattern on the front. Wish it was on both sides; being an accent makes the bag look a little cheap. I do have concerns about the durability and how long it will last. Can carry my laptop, large planner, spiral notebook and coffee mug. Maybe a binder instead of mug lol. Couple shallow or narrow pockets on the inside. Laptop sleeve could probably prevent your laptop from breaking if dropped

I have loved this bag since the day I got it! Order placed on May 25th, 2022. But TODAY I was getting out of my car and the handle just snapped out of nowhere! I'm so upset because I use this bag everyday and has become a staple in my work life. I don't carry anything heavy in this (*see attached photo of inside) other than maybe a lunch box. I bought this to carry my laptop/folders back and forth each day from work. We have to have our laptops with us at all times so I needed something protective, yet fashionable and roomy. The inner section for the laptop has extra padding and a loop over to secure it inside, the sides are strong, I always want a shoulder strap plus handles so that is a great feature. The other side holds my note books & papers and I can even put in a few extras as needed. It does zip shut on the top but sometimes it's not real flexible, kind of a tight zip so if they designed the sides to be a tad more 'giving' at the zip shut top, it would be perfect. ... show more
