Very nice computer bag, I have received a lot of compliments on it. My only complaint is that I’ve had the bag for a month and the handles are already starting to fall apart. I know it’s not a high end, expensive bag but I would expect the handles to last a little longer than a month.

It was delivered today so I cannot speak on its durability yet but so far I like it. It was package nicely and neat. Its nice and big. I love the black. It feels good and feels sturdy. See pics. I plan to use it for work so I hope it can handle the amount of wear it will get. UPDATE: It's now 11/07/2022, past a year since last year "July" purchase. The bag is holding up good. I am a new attorney so I can say this bag has been holding up well. Love the different sections. I sometimes use one for snacks, my thermos, while paperwork in another. It's a really nice bag :)

I have used this for months now. I got it for in between classes so I don't have to lug my book bag between different buildings and up and down stairs as many college students can understand it starts bothering your back and calves and shoulders. I am also a mother so mine doubles as a diaper bag. It has enough room for my laptop, cord, 2in ring binder, 1 subject notebook, pencil pouch, calculator, power bank, mouse, diapers (usually 3), wipes (in a travel bag from huggies), and some miscellaneous items and still zips up! So far it still looks new with no imperfections! I love this!!

I've had this bag for several months and it's holding up extremely well. It looks much more expensive than it was and holds its own structure without anything in it. The base is wide enough that it's stable standing on its own. I've been complimented by multiple people on its color. I got it for taking my laptop to work and the laptop compartment inside is well padded and the strap helps secure the laptop. I like how it has several compartments including places to put your phone, keys and important documents. It also zips up at the top so you don't have to worry about stuff falling out.

First, customer service from seller was amazing. This bag was at the airport in NV within about 30 minutes of ordering and arrived in NC overnight. Wow. The bag itself is o.k. feels plastic-y, does not have a leather feel. However, I think this bag will hold up really well and not show scratches and marks so easily because of that fact. The color is not dark grey, it's really espresso. The bag needs to be full of items in order to safely stand up on it's own. My 13" laptop is not large enough to keep the bag upright. The first night I put the lightly filled bag on the counter, next I know the bag got top leavy and fell off the kitchen counter onto tile floor below and computer fell out of bag onto floor. Computer was OK, but I will always put this bag on the floor from now on. The shoulder straps are a tad too short if you like to carry the bag on your shoulder, I'm 5'4", with shortish arms and I struggle to easily place bag on my shoulder--it takes some awkward maneuvering-it's really meant to be carried on your forearm as model is doing. I removed the dongle thingy because it serves no purpose other than decoration. I thought it was a key chain holder, but it wasn't. Anyways nice bag. Update 4-17: Got an email that seller gave me a refund on this bag which I didn't request. I still like the bag and would recommend it to others so I'm puzzled.
