They also asked for additional photos so that they could send to their factory and make sure that issues are corrected! Very happy with the service I received, and can’t wait to use my new backpack! It was recommended to me by two separate friends, plus reviews were great. I travel for work, so wanted a laptop bag that looked nicer and more upscale. I used this once, a couple days ago for a trip. I carried only my laptop, headphones, iPad, chargers, and mouse in it. The seams on the straps are already fraying and coming apart. Liked it a lot. One of the buttons broke. No biggie. Now after less than 4 months use one of the straps is starting to detach. Very disappointed. Wish this came with a warranty because there’s no reason to provide a product that’s going to break with average use. UPDATE: the seller reached out to me to offer a refund or a new backpack. I took a new one in a new color and everything looks good to go. I will update my review and notify the seller if it breaks in a untimely manner. Otherwise assume everything is cool. I genuinely love this bag. I am someone who likes to keep a lot on me at once and need that to be organized. One of my favorite things are the extra straps, I’m a college student and being able to just sling it over my should getting out of class quick important. My two favorite things are the charging port and inside pocket for a mobile charger and the key ring holder thing. I love that I can have my keys and just clip it in one of the pockets. The shape and pocket design inside is great, it opens up very wide and I keep my laptop in the back of the laptop sleeve and my iPad fits in the front of the sleeve(10th gen) and the padding makes me feel like it’s safe. The anti theft pocket is a cool idea, I haven’t used it much but don’t notice the stuff inside too much when I wear it. Side pockets can fit a large water bottle, there are so many pockets and different kinds of pockets that make keeping like things together easy. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only drawbacks I can truly think of is the straps are a teensy bit short on the top so it can be kind of hard every once in a while slipping it on but I would rather have that than extra straps that are too long as well as the fact that the bag itself is big. It would not compress super easily if you needed to really shrink it because of the structure of all the pockets. Overall I highly recommend this backpack. When I saw a co-worker using this, I immediately ordered it for myself. It has all the features I look for (side pockets, a hidden storage compartment, computer storage) and can be worn as a backpack or carried as a professional looking briefcase. I love this bag, and I use it daily - but just like a bra that is overused, the wire that holds its shape popped out. It's still a good bag, and has so many hidey holes and pockets, that I would definitely buy again.
