So, my son had this exact backpack and was too rough on the zipper and it broke. I decided to buy the same backpack again because the quality is excellent, and it fits his laptop perfectly for travel. The zipper incident was 100% my son's bad, so I don't think there's an issue there. Bought this back pack for my middle schooler. She likes all the pockets and that it is water proof especially since she walks home and has her laptop. She always needed to wrap her other book bags in a plastic bag to walk home in the rain this one seems like she wont have to do that. Haven't tried the charging dock as i don't have a portable charger block for it yet, but so far seems to be as advertised. We'll see how well it holds up once school starts. ... show more

I bought this backpack to carry my computer and a variety of other items for a lengthy international trip. It's very sturdy, and padded at the bottom. I was able to sort everything with the multiple pockets. There were also several pockets inside the pack for more valuable items. Fits wonderfully under the seat and in the overhead compartment. I was initially disappointed when after only one trip small top pocket tore open inside. Minor issue but that was where kept spare AA batteries that fell into main part of bag and had to dig through what was in there to recover. Amazon replaced and actually very pleased with bag overall. Held everything needed not packed into carry on bag during vacation. The USB charging port hooked to backup battery in bag was very helpful as didn't have to remove battery from pack to use. I now use instead of roller bag for work as actually easier to carry work computer and electronics need as on the road a lot.
